What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions to meet client business requirements, optimizing plant maintenance and improving equipment reliability.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and design tailored SAP S/4HANA EAM applications.
• SAP EAM Configuration: Configure SAP S/4HANA EAM applications to deliver solutions that meet specific client requirements and drive business value.
• Business Outcome Achievement: Help clients achieve business outcomes such as reduced downtime, improved equipment reliability, and optimized plant maintenance operations through effective solution delivery.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior level professional with core domain knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Experience: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and configuring SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM solutions with a strong understanding of how to optimize plant maintenance operations and improve equipment reliability. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM applications, including configuration and implementation to meet specific client requirements and drive business value. Experience in designing and implementing solutions that meet clients’ business requirements with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes. Proven ability to work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities, and design tailored solutions. Experience in helping clients achieve business outcomes through effective solution delivery.
• Skills: Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM, SAP S/4HANA EAM applications configuration, Solution design and implementation, Client collaboration and requirements gathering, Business outcome delivery.
• Bonus: Master’s Degree. Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, data models, and integration with other SAP modules. Familiarity with industry-specific EAM best practices and standards. Experience with data analytics and reporting tools in SAP S/4HANA EAM.
