What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Analyze a client’s issues and objectives, interviewing key client stakeholders to develop recommendations.
• Facilitate: Facilitate working sessions with clients and support go-to-market initiatives for Cognizant.
• Develop: Work collaboratively within teams to present and implement strategic and technology solutions using company accelerators and methodologies.
• Research: Research industry initiatives, identify and respond to client opportunities, and contribute to the development of client deliverables.
• Support: Support business development activities by gathering best practices for RFI/RFP responses and assisting with proposal writing.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance, Economics, Operations Management), Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering. Career level: Entry-Level.
• Experience: Proven capabilities in teamwork and leadership.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex operations; ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment; strong interest in technology and digital modernization; self-motivated with a dedication to client service excellence; flexibility to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including supporting multiple time zones when vital.
