Graduate Management Trainee | JW FULFILLMENT
The Tone:
This is a full-time, on-site training role at JW FULFILLMENT, located in Ontario, California. JW FULFILLMENT operates a dedicated fulfillment center, providing essential services in warehouse management, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This role is designed to develop future operational leaders by immersing them in the day-to-day workings of our fulfillment operations. The selected candidate will play a hands-on role in learning our established procedures and driving continuous improvement.

• Mission: To learn established operating procedures, rotate through key functions, and progressively take ownership of daily operational tasks and improvement projects within a fulfillment operation.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, computer-based systems
What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Support: Learn and actively support inbound receiving, putaway, inventory control, outbound fulfillment, and shipping operations.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate inventory, order, and operational records across all relevant systems.
• Problem Resolution: Assist with cycle counts, conduct discrepancy research, and follow up on operational exceptions to ensure data integrity.
• Reporting: Track key operating data and prepare routine Excel-based reports to monitor performance.
• Process Improvement: Support the development, documentation, and improvement of standard operating procedures and workflows.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Foundational understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, data accuracy, process improvement, and team coordination.
• Experience: No specific years required.
• Skills: Strong ownership, organization, and attention to detail; Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer-based systems; Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills; Ability to learn new processes and follow established procedures accurately; Willingness to work on-site and remain engaged with day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Bonus: Previous experience in logistics, fulfillment, inventory, warehouse operations, or order processing is preferred.
