What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Client issues and objectives, interview key client stakeholders, and draw conclusions from market and industry trends.
• Develop: Recommendations, author presentations, and contribute to the research, design, and writing of articles, whitepapers, and collateral.
• Facilitate: Working sessions with clients, the requirements analysis process, and foster strong working relationships with business partners.
• Support: Go-to-market initiatives for Cognizant, business development activities by gathering best practices for RFI/RFP responses, and help write proposals.
• Collaborate: Within project-based teams, utilizing company accelerators and methodologies to present and implement strategic and technology solutions for clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level with a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance, Economics, Operations Management), Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Experience: Proven capabilities in teamwork and leadership, with a dedication to client service excellence.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex business operations and systems, creative and analytical problem-solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, and Project.
• Bonus: A strong interest in technology and digital modernization, along with the ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when vital.
