What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Mastery: Master the systems, speed, and precision necessary for a world-class hospitality brand, ensuring peak performance and guest satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Learn to effectively recruit, coach, and hold high-performing teams accountable, fostering a culture of excellence and sustained results.
• Business Intelligence: Go “behind the scenes” to manage critical financial aspects, including P&Ls, inventory, labor costs, and scheduling, to optimize business profitability.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Take full ownership of real business results and learn to solve complex operational challenges and strategic problems in real-time scenarios.
