The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Safety Program Management: Coordinate and implement all aspects of Amazon’s Global Safety Program through data-driven strategies and daily audits.
• Incident Management: Facilitate incident investigation processes and maintain required paperwork to comply with Amazon and OSHA regulations.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including job hazard analyses, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures to management.
• Safety Training & Development: Deliver engaging safety training that resonates with associates and assist team members in completing safety tasks.
• Culture & Advocacy: Serve as a trusted safety advisor and advocate for associate wellbeing, fostering a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional, currently holding or in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Experience: No specific prior experience required; interest in or previous experience in safety-related employment is preferred.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Bonus: Degree in a health and safety-related subject.
