This unique program offers an accelerated path for learning and professional growth, preparing members to become competent and confident asset managers through challenging, diverse assignments across the company, which will include travel. This role is essential for developing future leaders who will add significant value to the company’s operational teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop expertise across various Asset Management disciplines, including Finance, Rental, Maintenance, Procurement, and Properties Management.
• Acquire foundational leadership and management competencies essential for future leadership roles.
• Master concepts related to supply chain management, continuous improvement, and process controls.
• Gain proficiency in negotiation, competitive bidding, and procurement strategies to optimize company resources.
• Understand enterprise resource planning (ERP) structures and execution, alongside the Voice of the Customer principles, to enhance operational efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree. Career level: Entry-Level, participating in a leadership development program.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is required. No specific years of experience are listed for this development program.
