Executive Administrative Assistant | Raytheon

The Tone:
This is a full-time hybrid role at Raytheon, located in Farmington, CT, requiring a minimum of three days in the office. This role supports the Enterprise Services Strategy & Transformation team, ensuring the smooth daily operations for multiple executive leaders across Digital Technology, Strategic Programs, and Partnership Management. • Mission: Support the daily business operations of multiple executive leaders, ensuring efficient and confidential management of their activities.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Calendar and Meeting Management: Efficiently manage multiple executive calendars, meticulously scheduling all internal and external meetings, and expertly setting up video and audio conferencing to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Executive Liaison and Preparation: Act as a professional representative for executives to senior officials both within and outside the organization, while also maintaining a keen awareness of business activities to anticipate needs, prioritize daily agendas, advise on potential issues, and prepare all necessary meeting materials.
• Strategic Project Support: Lead project management efforts by compiling essential special reports, developing presentations, creating organization charts, and actively planning, coordinating, and executing successful in-person group events.
• Travel and Expense Coordination: Handle all aspects of executive travel arrangements, from point-to-point logistics to the timely preparation, processing, review, and submission of detailed expense reports.
• Communication and Confidentiality: Manage all incoming phone calls, determining their purpose and gatekeeping for executives as necessary, and rigorously protect operations by ensuring information remains confidential and is routed only to the appropriate personnel.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An Associate’s degree (AA/AS) or other 2-year post-high school training.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant administrative experience, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management abilities, highly detail-oriented and proactive in anticipating leadership team needs, and flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is preferred.
