This position is specifically designed for recent Accounting or Finance graduates and early career professionals who are eager to contribute their expertise and grow within a substantial organization. What You’ll Actually Do
• Month-End Close Support: Actively participate in and support the critical processes involved in the monthly financial close, learning the intricacies of timely reporting.
• Journal Entry Management: Prepare, accurately enter, and thoughtfully adjust various journal entries to ensure proper record-keeping and financial statement integrity.
• Accrual Accounting: Develop a comprehensive understanding of accruals and actively manage them, contributing to accurate financial period allocations.
• ERP System Operations: Gain practical exposure to and proficiently utilize a large enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for all assigned accounting functions.
• Internal Customer Service: Apply excellent customer service skills to effectively support internal customers and colleagues, fostering collaborative working relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, positioning you as a recent graduate or an early career professional ready for an entry-level accounting role.
• Experience: Seeking tangible experience in core accounting functions, with no specific years of prior experience required beyond academic preparation, ideal for early career growth.
