What You’ll Actually Do
• Equipment Management: Provide essential ground support for daily drone operations by meticulously handling and organizing equipment, including managing batteries and related components for optimal readiness.
• Airspace Monitoring: Vigilantly monitor the local airspace within the area of operations, proactively identifying and reporting any potential hazards or obstacles to ensure flight safety.
• Logistics Support: Assist with fundamental warehouse tasks such as accurate inventory management and precise package preparation, contributing to efficient delivery workflows.
• Operational Compliance: Execute standard operating procedures with unwavering adherence to established safety and compliance standards for all ground activities.
• Public Engagement: Serve as a positive point of contact for community members, addressing basic inquiries about drone operations and fostering good relations.
• Activity Reporting: Document and report all operational activities thoroughly and accurately, utilizing standard templates and tools for clear communication.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience working effectively within a team environment. Requires the ability to travel to local sites up to 25% of the time. Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Skills: Demonstrates knowledge of basic mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting. Exhibits strong attention to safety and the ability to strictly follow detailed operational procedures.
• Bonus: An FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is preferred. Knowledge of aviation terminology and regulations. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting. Previous experience in aviation, aerospace, or drone operations.
