What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Write hands-on code, unit tests, and participate in development testing throughout the SDLC.
• Lead: Perform design and code reviews for ongoing projects and coach junior developers and analysts.
• Collaborate: Participate in daily stand-ups following Agile/Scrum and work closely with TPM and other dev team members.
• Deliver: Facilitate code deployment in production, manage change processes, and ensure project delivery.
• Improve: Review software health, code quality, and security vulnerabilities, propose new technical solutions, and improve application stability through monitoring and platform upgrades.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior Technical Lead with a minimum of 3 years in a technical team lead role, experienced in developing enterprise applications.
• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java, with 5+ years in Spring and Spring Boot development.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of core Java features (Functional programming, Threading/Concurrency, Collections, Exception Handling), experience with REST, Microservices & APIs, distributed systems (EIPs), system design (High/Low), SQL, GIT, Maven, and excellent communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with messaging (AMQ or Kafka), knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) and containers (OpenShift or similar), and familiarity with financial markets and Fixed Income.
