What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Establishment: Establish new client accounts and process all account maintenance items in accordance with service level agreements.
• Workflow Management: Manage multiple workflow queues throughout the day to ensure accounts are traded within client and sponsor guidelines.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks on new accounts and account maintenance transactions to ensure accuracy before trading commences.
• Issue Resolution: Communicate frequently with custodians, banks, and brokers to expedite and resolve any issues that may arise.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding pertinent to financial operations. This role is suited for individuals at an early career stage.
• Experience: A total of 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred, indicating suitability for recent graduates or those with limited professional experience in financial services or operations.
• Skills:
* Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated analytical, research, and problem-solving skills are essential, coupled with exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
* Organizational Proficiency: Strong organizational skills are required, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively within a deadline-oriented environment.
* Initiative: The ability to operate as a self-starter, taking initiative and working independently.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for clear and effective interaction with both internal teams and external parties, including custodians, banks, and brokers.
* Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is expected, alongside the capacity to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary systems.
