What You’ll Actually Do
• Administer: Assist with employee benefits administration, manage enrollment processes, and handle related employee inquiries.
• Support: Aid payroll processes through meticulous data validation and by preparing required reporting activities.
• Manage: Maintain and consistently update employee records within key HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors and Dayforce.
• Respond: Provide dedicated support for HR Link inquiries and address diverse employee service requests efficiently.
• Perform: Execute onboarding and offboarding procedures, general HR administrative tasks, and assist with data audits to ensure accuracy across HR platforms.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing or recently graduated (within 12 months) with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Career level: Entry-Level.
• Experience: Interest in HR technology, payroll, benefits administration, and enhancing employee experience.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Bonus: Experience with or interest in learning HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors and Dayforce.
