What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects from start to finish, with a focus on business impact, innovation, and operational improvement.
• Project Delivery: Ensure successful project completion by managing scope, timing, and risks, and securing results through targeted guidance in implementation, adoption, and comprehensive change management.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate all team members and stakeholders necessary for successful project execution and outcome.
• Culture Professionalization: Contribute to the further professionalization of the project management culture through coaching, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Portfolio Optimization: Assist in developing and optimizing an efficient project portfolio by prioritizing projects and initiatives in line with overall company objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree in an analytical or business-oriented field (e.g., Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration). This is a senior-level project management role.
• Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, operations, or a similar capacity.
• Skills: Energetic self-starter with strong independent and team-based functionality, critical and analytical thinking, methodological yet pragmatic approach, perseverance, persuasiveness, fluent communication in both Dutch and English, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.
• Bonus: Experience with various project management methodologies (such as PRINCE2 or similar), and prior experience in logistics, industrial, or container operations.
