What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Delivery: Serve as a key member of a team responsible for the cross-functional execution of programs, ensuring they meet and exceed product line and financial goals.
• Financial Tracking: Meticulously track operating expense (OPEX) spending, verifying it remains in alignment with approved project plans and established spending targets for the product line.
• Process Enhancement: Actively contribute to the creation of new business processes and the continuous improvement of existing ones to optimize operational workflows.
• Resilience Planning: Contribute to Division-level business continuity planning efforts and crisis management initiatives to ensure robust operations.
• Engineering Enablement: Work closely with engineering teams to execute daily tasks, accelerate research and development (R&D) velocity, and strategically remove bottlenecks in the procurement of necessary materials.
• Productivity Improvement: Utilize advanced AI tools to enhance overall productivity and significantly increase the velocity of operations within the business unit.

• Background: Possesses conceptual knowledge within their own discipline and demonstrates a capability to broaden this expertise over time. This role focuses on individual contribution rather than supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience: Able to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, sound judgment, and established precedents. Understands key business drivers and applies this understanding to successfully complete assigned work.
