What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordination: Oversee and coordinate production activities to ensure health insurance materials, documents, and related communications are prepared accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Workflow Management: Monitor production workflows and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain efficient processes.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards for all materials and track inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve production-related issues and support project timelines to keep processes on track.
• Process Improvement: Help implement process improvements and maintain documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with foundational knowledge of production, operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience: Experience in production, operations, or manufacturing environments, preferably within insurance, healthcare, or corporate settings.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail and commitment to quality, effective communication and teamwork skills, and basic proficiency with office and production-related software.
• Bonus: Additional technical training or an associate degree in operations, production management, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in a regulated industry and familiarity with compliance or quality assurance standards.
