Site Operations Fellow (Skillbridge) | Symbotic

The Tone:
This is an in-person internship with Symbotic, located at their sites across the U.S. Symbotic builds an A.I.-powered robotic technology platform that reinvents warehouse automation with an end-to-end system, autonomous robots, and AI-powered software. This role matters because it supports the successful transition of active-duty military personnel into civilian careers, providing hands-on experience and training in cutting-edge warehouse automation and robotics. This program offers a high probability of full-time employment upon successful completion.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, U.S. sites

• Mission: To provide immersive experience and training to active-duty military personnel for civilian careers in advanced warehouse operations and robotics.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Exposure: Observe and participate in a variety of operational roles through immersive, hands-on experience.
• Training: Receive comprehensive technical training on the full operation of the Symbotic System.
• Maintenance: Learn and apply maintenance processes for the proprietary system and fleet of autonomous robots.
• Relationships: Understand the professional relationship and service-level expectations between Symbotic and on-site customers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Active-duty Service member with a record of success and leadership experience throughout military service.
• Experience: Must have at least 180 days of service remaining before separation or retirement.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities, proven record of success, and specific technical skills as required for certain engineering or maintenance tracks.
