Cobb Summer 2026 Internship – Oklahoma | Cobb

The Tone:
This is a summer internship at Cobb, located in one of our facilities across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina, with priority given to candidates local to Oklahoma. Cobb is a company focused on poultry production and live operations. This role is crucial for students to gain hands-on experience, understand the various parts of the production process, and contribute innovative ideas, with potential for full-time employment upon successful performance.

• Mission: To familiarize interns with poultry production and live operations, expose them to support departments, and encourage contributions through innovative ideas and value creation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Work in various poultry production and live operations positions across facilities.
• Become familiar with the diverse parts of the company’s production process.
• Gain exposure to operation support departments, including Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Contribute to the company’s success through innovative ideas and proposals.
• Create value for the business through practical contributions during the internship.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with at least one semester of school remaining. Preferred fields include Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or other agriculture-related areas.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required beyond current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; basic computer proficiency; motivated self-starter with a desire to learn; ability to work independently or as part of a team; strong problem-solving, time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
