What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Actively engage in an intensive 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program.
• Industry Fundamentals: Learn the basic principles of the transportation industry and efficient cross-dock operations.
• Leadership Development: Acquire effective leadership communication and relationship building skills under mentor guidance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface daily with appropriate Support Center and Service Center associates to complete training aspects.
• Field Observation: Accompany Account Managers on customer sales calls and drivers on local delivery routes to understand freight processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Logistics, or have at least two years of related work experience. This is an entry-level training position.
• Experience: Possess an acceptable driving history that aligns with company standards, and demonstrate a readiness to relocate as needed upon completion of the program.
• Skills: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective listening abilities, coupled with a professional demeanor and appearance, basic computer skills, and a very strong work ethic.
