Operations and Brand Engagement Coordinator | Millan Enterprises, LLC.

This role is central to ensuring these facilities run efficiently, cultivating a welcoming environment for members and guests. The coordinator acts as a key representative, contributing to member experience, brand presence, and overall business development.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Facilities Management: Ensure coworking spaces are clean, organized, safe, and fully operational by managing daily procedures, maintenance, and supplies.
• Member Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for members, onboarding them, fostering relationships, gathering feedback, and promoting community events.
• Operational Administration: Administer membership software, contracts, billing, and mail services, ensuring accurate records and smooth member transitions.
• Business Development & Brand: Support membership growth and retention through prospective member tours, marketing content creation, and community partnerships.
• Cross-Company Support: Provide operational and event assistance to other Millan family companies, aligning with organizational priorities and shared needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or Communications is preferred but not required.
• Experience: Prior experience in coworking, hospitality, customer service, operations, or facilities management; experience coordinating multiple projects while managing daily operational responsibilities.
• Skills: Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities; strong customer service mindset; proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and Canva.
• Bonus: Experience using OfficeRnD, Kisi, or similar coworking management/access control software; proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and audio-visual technology; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings/weekends.
