What You’ll Actually Do

• Document Handling: Scan, upload, and properly file various HR documents.
• Onboarding Support: Support new hire orientation for hourly employees, ensuring a smooth welcoming process.
• Administrative Assistance: Assist with general HR administrative duties as needed, contributing to overall department efficiency.

• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: This role requires basic computer proficiency, including practical experience with scanning and electronic filing systems. No specific years of experience are required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential for accurate record-keeping. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating within the HR department and assisting new hires.
