Public Relations Internship – Fall 2026 | The Rose Group Public Relations
The Tone:
This is a semester-long, unpaid, remote internship at The Rose Group Public Relations, beginning September 2026. The Rose Group is a dynamic public relations, marketing, and events firm representing recognizable brands across consumer products, the creator economy, entertainment, retail, spirits, and technology. This role offers a significant opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn the fundamental aspects of PR, and develop the essential foundational skills needed for an entry-level position in the public relations and marketing field.

• Location: Remote (Open to candidates across the US, must intern on PST), Los Angeles Metropolitan Area (optional in-person meetups)
• Team: Works alongside account executives
• Mission: To support PR and marketing campaigns by performing essential duties and learning foundational skills in public relations and marketing.
What You’ll Actually Do
• News Absorption: Absorb and stay on top of current news.
• Content Drafting: Draft press releases and other materials for clients.
• Media Outreach: Strategically pitch and conduct media outreach.
• Client Briefing: Create media briefs and ensure clients are prepped for interviews.
• Database Maintenance: Maintain internal databases for accuracy and efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level; Must be a current student studying Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
• Experience: Current student seeking hands-on experience in public relations, marketing, and events.
• Skills: Possess strong communication skills; Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask; Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and eager to learn new things; Demonstrate a passion for the media industry.
• Bonus: A sense of humor and ability to connect with everyone.
