Business Development Intern | Browserbase
The Tone:
This is a part-time internship at Browserbase, located in San Francisco, CA. Browserbase provides a high-performance, headless browser platform, enabling developers to run, scale, and observe automation without managing infrastructure. This role is crucial for identifying and engaging high-potential accounts, helping to build the foundation for Browserbase’s future growth and market adoption among technical teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Outbound Engagement: Support thoughtful, research-driven outbound to AI startups, data teams, dev tools companies, and enterprises across email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• List Management: Build precise account and contact lists, enriching and segmenting target accounts using a modern GTM stack.
• Personalized Outreach: Draft personalized outreach for technical buyers and help generate tailored outbound at scale.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads and help book high-quality discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Account Research: Research accounts to uncover pain points, map Browserbase use cases, and identify relevant reasons to reach out.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level role for individuals early in their sales, business development, or GTM career, with a strong interest in AI, automation, developer tools, and technical products.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience required; must be eager to learn modern sales development, outbound strategy, and developer-focused GTM.
• Skills: Clear and succinct communication across email, LinkedIn, and calls; research and analytical skills to turn account insights into relevant outreach; organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing weekly activity goals; ability to quickly learn new GTM tools and enjoy experimenting with them; self-motivated, curious, and energized by measurable goals, comfortable asking questions and getting feedback.
• Bonus: Prior internship, campus, sales, customer-facing, or metrics-driven experience; familiarity with tools like Clay, Unify, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Loom, or AI-driven sales tooling; experience working with or selling to technical audiences such as developers, ML engineers, data teams, founders, or CTOs; early-stage startup experience or comfort with ambiguity; resilient and upbeat attitude, treating each “no” as useful signal.
