Management Trainee | Cintas

The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Immersion: Rotate through various departments such as Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, immersing yourself in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively engage in outside sales activities to promote Cintas’s products and services, building lasting customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and efficiently resolving any issues.
• Data Analysis: Analyze relevant sales data and contribute insights to assist in making informed business decisions.
• Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on diverse projects focused on improving sales management and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Professional Development: Access professional development opportunities, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits, to further refine leadership capabilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, requiring a Bachelor’s degree, or obtaining one within six months.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience required.
• Skills: Possession of an active driver’s license.
• Bonus: Prior co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or an Administrative role; a business or related academic major; a leadership or management role in campus or extracurricular activities; willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.
