What You’ll Actually Do
• Supplier Outreach: Initiate and conduct direct outreach to suppliers, taking the initiative to cold call as necessary to facilitate their active engagement in the two-year TierN Mapping Project.
• Project Guidance: Provide basic technical and process-related guidance to suppliers, helping them clearly understand the overarching objectives and direct benefits of participating in the TierN Mapping initiative.
• Expert Coordination: Collaborate effectively with senior team members, coordinating discussions as they advance and escalating situations where additional specialized expertise is required to maintain momentum.
• Engagement Facilitation: Actively facilitate ongoing supplier engagement, working to ensure consistent participation and understanding throughout their involvement with the TierN Mapping Project.
• Documentation and Follow-up: Proactively manage ongoing follow-up activities with suppliers and meticulously maintain accurate project documentation, demonstrating a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
