Growth Intern | Julius AI
The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Julius AI, located in San Francisco, CA, with an initial remote start. Julius AI builds an AI data analyst product used by over 2M users, including companies like Nvidia and institutions like Harvard Business School. This role is critical for the next phase of growth, focusing on distribution and connecting the product with new audiences. The intern will own key growth and distribution projects with significant autonomy and direct access to the founding team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Ownership: Own content strategy and execution across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, managing the process from ideation to publishing.
• Video Production: Create various video content, including short-form clips, product capability videos, and industry deep dives for engaging audiences across channels.
• Audience Expansion: Discover and implement creative strategies to introduce Julius to new audiences, such as engaging with trending conversations using data visualizations or building relationships in online communities.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze performance metrics to identify successful strategies and double down on initiatives that deliver measurable results.
• Role Development: Develop and expand the scope of the role, shaping initiatives across content, distribution, community, and video efforts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Education or experience in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or finance.
• Experience: Comfortable being on camera and creating compelling video content.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; numbers-driven with a genuine curiosity about data; high-agency and willing to quickly learn new skills.
• Bonus: You have an active presence on at least one of these platforms: X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, or Reddit; you possess intuition on what makes content go viral.
