What You’ll Actually Do

• Shadow: Professionals in operations, sales, and procurement to understand daily tasks and departmental functions.
• Participate: In meaningful projects that contribute directly to the business’s overall success.
• Develop: An understanding of Department of Transportation regulations and industry compliance standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent, currently enrolled in a college or university program in Nebraska, with an interest in transportation, logistics, supply chain management, or business operations.
• Experience: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; a motivated, curious learner with a desire to grow professionally; a positive team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
