The work involves driving the success of a new digital product by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every customer interaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Fulfillment: Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at the local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.
• System Management: Keep internal systems updated with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information.
• Workflow Optimization: Organize and streamline workflows to consistently meet daily operational objectives and hit deadlines.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth and flawless operation of printing and scanning equipment within the center.
• Project Support: Step in to support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to the team’s overall success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Core domain knowledge in fast-paced operational environments and customer service.
• Experience: Proven track record of reliable attendance; familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Sharp attention to detail, ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently, exceptional communication, time management skills.
