The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person role focused on restaurant operations management for Waffle House, posted by TWU-Center for Women Entrepreneurs. The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-time, featuring an industry-leading guaranteed schedule of 6 days on and 2 days off.
• Location: In-person
• Pay: $65,000–$85,000 yearly (plus continuous service bonuses; $6,000 annual bonus for 4-year degree)
• Team: Leads a team of restaurant staff, reporting to a District Manager, and with a clear progression path to multi-unit leadership roles.
• Mission: To lead and manage restaurant operations effectively, ensuring outstanding service, fostering professional growth, and advancing within Waffle House’s extensive and expanding restaurant network.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and adherence to Waffle House standards within a single restaurant unit.
• Develop Teams: Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing restaurant team, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment to achieve operational goals.
• Complete Training: Successfully complete an intensive 3-month paid training program designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge required for effective restaurant management.
• Drive Career Advancement: Actively pursue and achieve promotions within a clearly defined career path, progressing from Restaurant Manager to District Manager (overseeing 2-3 restaurants within 1-2 years) and subsequently to Division Manager (managing 6-9 restaurants within 3-5 years).
• Contribute to Growth: Play a direct role in Waffle House’s continued success and expansion by maintaining high operational excellence and preparing for greater leadership responsibilities.
• Engage in Development: Participate in ongoing personal and career development initiatives provided to support long-term growth and success within the company.
