This is a full-time, direct hire Operations Manager role with Manpower, specializing in commercial building maintenance. Manpower is seeking a dedicated leader to take charge of day-to-day operations across multiple customer locations. What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and actively mentor operational teams across a diverse portfolio of multiple customer locations, fostering an environment of growth and success.
• Workforce Management: Provide comprehensive support for staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives, ensuring a skilled and effective workforce.
• Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular, proactive site visits to meticulously ensure the highest quality standards are consistently met and maintained, directly contributing to superior customer satisfaction.
• Financial Stewardship: Strategically manage labor budgets, meticulously track operating costs, and optimize overall financial performance to achieve business objectives.
• Client and Customer Relationship Management: Effectively resolve customer concerns and proactively work to maintain and strengthen lasting, positive relationships with all clients.
• Business Growth and Improvement: Drive initiatives focused on continuous operational improvement and actively support broader business growth strategies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess five or more years of progressive operations leadership experience within the facilities, janitorial, environmental services, or a similar industry.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple sites and supervising diverse teams is essential. This includes a proven ability to confidently engage with C-suite stakeholders and vendors, utilizing clear communication and effective negotiation skills.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent customer service capabilities, and proven conflict-resolution skills are required for this role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is also necessary.
• Bonus: Prior experience within the Healthcare field is considered a major advantage. Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.
