What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Lead and direct the work of the Management team, including scheduling, assigning responsibilities, and setting clear expectations.
• Performance Management: Manage the performance of the Management team, conducting evaluations, providing coaching, and ensuring accountability.
• Financial Planning: Plan and implement weekly, monthly, and yearly financial budgets to effectively control costs and drive business results.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring a great Guest experience, and role modeling and enforcing operational and quality standards.
• Team Development: Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members, fostering open communication and championing change and restaurant initiatives.

• Background: Manager level with comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality, and financial management principles.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a management team, oversee complex restaurant operations, and manage financial budgets effectively.
