• Background: Manager-level professional with core domain knowledge in construction operations or a closely related industry.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of operations management experience, including managing multiple projects and field personnel.
• Skills: Strong leadership, effective communication, excellent organizational abilities, and a safety-focused mindset.
