The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, located in Peachtree City, GA. Chick-fil-A is a nationally respected company known for building a successful brand and developing its team members. This program is designed to cultivate leaders who will learn the secrets behind the company’s success and drive growth. The role is crucial for developing future leaders who can potentially own a franchise, hold high-level leadership positions within the organization, or pursue opportunities with the corporate Support Center.

• Mission: To develop leaders who will uphold Chick-fil-A standards, influence team growth, and innovate business processes while taking ownership of their development.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and values in the restaurant on a day-to-day basis.
• Leadership: Influence team member growth by providing training, coaching, performance feedback, evaluations, and recommendations for development and promotions.
• Development: Attend all internal and external leadership development classes and opportunities to foster personal growth.
• Innovation: Create and innovate new Systems and Processes in different areas of the business.
• Ownership: Take full ownership of your development and growth throughout the program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Participants will follow a 2-3 year development program focused on business operations and team member development, with pathways to roles in Human Resources, Finance and Administration, Training and Development, Logistics and Supply, Marketing/Catering/Outreach, or pursuing the Chick-fil-A Operator Selection program.
• Experience: Preferably at least 1 year of previous experience working in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.
• Skills: Self-directed and driven leadership, adaptability and composure in high-pressure settings, clear communication and ability to motivate others with enthusiasm, high emotional intelligence and self-awareness, and a growth mindset with a desire to serve and learn.
• Bonus: Previous Chick-fil-A experience.
