The Tone:

As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping operations, supporting field teams, and delivering critical environmental services that make a visible impact every day, contributing directly to the success of the company and the communities it proudly serves.

• Pay: $70500–$80000 yearly
• Mission: This role owns the strategic and operational planning, financial management, and team leadership to deliver essential sweeping and environmental services that support cleaner, safer, and more sustainable communities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Guide your team with clarity, confidence, and a motivating presence, fostering trust through open communication and accountability.
• Operational Planning: Execute branch-level strategies, planning and scheduling work weekly or monthly using routing tools to meet customer demand efficiently.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the branch’s profit and loss, making data-driven decisions to drive profitability and monitor key performance indicators.
• Team Management: Oversee staffing levels, daily and weekly scheduling of work crews, payroll submissions, performance coaching, and employee relations.
• Growth & Client Relations: Partner with sales to identify and pursue growth opportunities, supporting customer retention and account growth through exceptional service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of operations experience, preferably in waste management or driver operations, and 1 year of experience managing teams.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaboration across teams, efficient project management, and strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree preferred, jet vac experience highly preferred, and bilingual in English/Spanish.
