Field Operations Lead | V2X Inc

What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee the operation of the TES/MILES Central Repair Activity located at the Warrior Support Center in Fairdale, KY.
• Coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project management and the Warrior Support Center TES/MILES Repair Depot.
• Assess project issues and develop effective resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervening, and solving problems with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Warrior Support Center Central Depot to the Information System Tool Suite (ISTS) team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate’s degree with a minimum of 16 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 16 years in US Government defense contracting, with practical experience and knowledge of the W-TRS program and related Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS).
• Skills: Project coordination and oversight, problem assessment and resolution development, progress monitoring and intervention, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and management of program commitments including financial, quality, technology, and schedule performance.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; experience with competitive pursuits, U.S. Government ITAR/EAR regulations, legal principles of contract management; the ability to identify risk and understand financial implications, strong analytical background, and supervisory experience.
