• Lead Operations: Direct the restaurant’s Meatcraft® operations and overall performance.
• Develop Team: Guide the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Drive Sales: Implement local store marketing initiatives to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Ensure Quality: Uphold standards to ensure the restaurant consistently delivers top-quality meats.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Experience: At least one year of management experience in restaurant or retail; Demonstrated impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Skills: Leadership, customer service, team development and training, sales and profit management, local marketing.
• Eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S.
