• Mission: This person will primarily manage the firm’s online communities to grow its presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Tech Stack: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite

What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor: Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages across all social media platforms.
• Engage: Engage with online communities while maintaining the firm’s brand voice.
• Identify: Identify customer service issues and escalate them when appropriate.
• Observe: Monitor social conversations, trends, and opportunities for engagement.
• Assist: Assist with content scheduling and publishing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated passion for social media and digital marketing; comfortable learning new platforms and social media tools.
• Skills: Strong written communication skills; Highly organized with strong attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
