Operations and Grants Intern | Women’s Campaign International

This role is crucial for supporting the organization’s daily operations and fundraising initiatives, offering practical experience in nonprofit management, grant development, and organizational administration.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Ensure organizational compliance and maintain government registrations, including the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
• Develop competitive grant proposals and prepare funding applications.
• Manage grant reporting processes and track funding application deadlines.
• Streamline office files, records, and operational systems for efficiency.
• Conduct research on funding opportunities, foundations, and government grant programs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professionals interested in international development, public policy, nonprofit leadership, political science, or public administration.
• Experience: Comfortable learning new administrative systems and online government platforms.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent written communication and research abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Bonus: Previous experience with grant writing, fundraising, or nonprofit organizations.
