• Mission: Ensure Guardoc delivers consistent, real-world value to nurses, DONs, CNOs, regional leaders, and clinical teams by simplifying workflows, reducing friction, and driving sustainable behavior change.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead customer implementations from prep through go-live, ensuring readiness, clarity, and confidence at launch.
• Deliver: Deliver training to frontline staff and leadership to support early adoption and correct usage, drawing on firsthand clinical experience to build trust quickly.
• Own: Own user adoption and consistency metrics across accounts and customer sites.
• Monitor: Monitor utilization patterns, identify drop-offs or misuse, and proactively intervene to reinforce correct workflows.
• Serve: Serve as the primary operational contact post-implementation to troubleshoot workflow challenges and support ongoing enablement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Active nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN) or significant clinical nursing experience, ideally with exposure to long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar clinical settings.
• Experience: Proven ability to drive adoption, utilization, and behavior change in operational settings, demonstrating deep familiarity working in clinical environments.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through; highly organized; comfort navigating complex workflows, staffing models, and real-world clinical constraints.
• Bonus: Experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Operations.
