The Tone:

KBR is a major program partner assisting the U.S. Air Force through the AFCAP V Program, delivering critical logistics, engineering, and quality-of-life support solutions that sustain base operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of logistics services, directly sustaining U.S. Air Force operations across the region.

• Mission: The Site Manager is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and execution of logistics support services at the assigned location.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Provide overall leadership and direction for all personnel assigned to the task order location, including employees and subcontractors.
• Representation: Serve as the primary on-site representative and point of contact for all Government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer’s Representative and installation leadership.
• Compliance: Ensure all logistics support services comply with the Performance Work Statement, Task Order Management Plan, quality control, safety, security plans, and applicable installation requirements.
• Inventory Management: Oversee monthly inventories of various equipment and consumable items, ensuring accurate reporting, reconciliation, and documentation of all property.
• Operations Oversight: Direct the operation and organization of the BEAR equipment yard, managing equipment segregation, property transactions, turn-ins, shipments, and DLA Disposition Services coordination.

The Must-Haves
• Background: U.S. National (USN) with an active Secret Security Clearance, possessing expertise in logistics, supply, property accountability, warehouse, equipment, or base-support operations management.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience managing logistics support services, including previous AFCAP, Air Force, Department of Defense, War Reserve Materiel, or contingency logistics experience. This includes specific experience with BEAR equipment, MRSP inventories, R-14 and R-15 accountability reports, DLA Disposition Services, and DD Form 1149 documentation, alongside prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Government property accountability, inventory management, equipment disposition, logistics documentation, and experience with barcode-based inventory systems.
• Bonus: Forklift certification and previous material-handling experience.
