What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee the daily operations of a Waffle House restaurant, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Train: Complete a comprehensive 3-month paid training program designed for personal and professional development.
• Lead: Implement company standards and procedures learned during training to manage restaurant staff and operations effectively.
• Advance: Participate in ongoing career development to prepare for future multi-unit leadership positions within the company.
• Cultivate: Foster a high-energy work environment focused on achieving operational excellence and supporting long-term career advancement.

• Background: Career level: Manager. This role is open to individuals without prior restaurant experience, with a focus on leadership potential.
