What You’ll Actually Do
• Bookkeeping: Perform comprehensive bookkeeping for multiple client entities, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
• Transaction Management: Record and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Online, including bank and credit card statements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and close monthly financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large Excel datasets using advanced formulas and pivot tables to identify discrepancies.
• Project Coordination: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is proactive.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Accounting Degree required, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience with QuickBooks Online, demonstrated expertise in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and familiarity with payroll systems and monthly financial close procedures.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis; ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet strict deadlines; and comfort with using AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
