Operations Manager | Digital Brew
The Tone:
This is a part-time role at Digital Brew, located in Orlando, FL. Digital Brew is a full-service creative agency specializing in video production, animation, and creative marketing, partnering with brands like Cisco, Amazon, and Volvo to create engaging content. This role is crucial as the operational backbone of the company, overseeing the systems, processes, and day-to-day functions that support our team. The Operations Manager ensures employees have the tools and support needed to succeed, fostering an organized, efficient, and enjoyable workplace.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Office & Facilities Management: Manage the daily operations of the Orlando office, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and vendors to ensure the space is organized, stocked with supplies, and equipped with employee technology.
• Financial & Administrative Processing: Handle critical financial administrative tasks including client invoicing, contractor payments, bi-weekly payroll, employee reimbursements, banking, and general company record-keeping.
• HR & Benefits Administration: Oversee human resources administration, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, assisting with benefits administration, and supporting recruiting efforts.
• Operational Compliance: Prepare and maintain essential contracts, vendor documentation, and company records, while ensuring administrative compliance with business insurance renewals, licensing, and tax notices.
• Team Support & Efficiency: Serve as the primary contact for daily operational needs, plan company events and travel, and identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency for the team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial role requiring at least 2 years of experience in core operations, office management, business administration, or human resources.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience with payroll processing and comprehensive employee benefits administration, alongside practical experience in bookkeeping, client invoicing, expense management, or other financial operations.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects and adapt effectively, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a professional, dependable approach to handling confidential information with discretion. This individual must be a proactive self-starter who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership of their work.
• Bonus: Proficiency with business software platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Online, or Gusto, combined with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
