This is an internship at Fellowship of Christian Athletes. What You’ll Actually Do
• Uphold Christian Values: Agree with and consistently abide by FCA’s Christian Community Statement throughout the internship.
• Maintain Spiritual Discipline: Follow a personal spiritual rhythm that includes daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord’s will for FCA.
• Provide Spiritual Leadership: Lead, conduct, and offer spiritual guidance for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and personal example to equip them for service.
• Engage in Church Community: Connect to and actively participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Model Biblical Conduct: Conduct oneself in a manner that consistently affirms biblical standards of conduct, aligning with FCA’s Christian beliefs.

• Background: Entry-Level. Current collegiate student seeking a learning and developmental ministry experience.
• Experience: No specific prior years of experience are required; the role is designed for volunteers to gain experience during a summer or semester.
• Skills: Ability to provide spiritual leadership; commitment to daily prayer and Bible study; capacity to lead worship and Bible study; adherence to biblical standards of conduct; active participation in a local church.
