The TL;DR

• Pay: $17.00/hour +Tips +Bonus
• Team: Leads a team of crew members, reports to restaurant management.
• Mission: Ensures every guest leaves impressed through fast, accurate service and a great experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Leadership: Lead shifts and manage restaurant operations when management is not present.
• Hands-On Support: Work across all positions, including cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room service.
• Guest Experience: Deliver prompt and accurate service, consistently creating positive guest experiences.
• Team Development: Coach, support, and motivate crew members, assisting in training new team members.
• Shift Management: Handle daily shift tasks such as breaks, cash management, and closing reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Restaurant, retail, or hospitality professional.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations. Leadership experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication; ability to make decisions in a busy environment; basic math and comfort with POS systems.
• Bonus: Food safety certification (such as ServSafe) preferred.
