What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead and support crew members throughout your shift.
• Service: Ensure guests receive fast, friendly service and high-quality food.
• Coach: Monitor shift performance and coach team members in real time.
• Operations: Communicate with other managers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Standards: Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level with a focus on leadership and operational management. Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience: No specific years required, but leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Skills: Positive attitude, strong teamwork mindset, ability to work efficiently, strong communication, problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Leadership or supervisory experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.
