What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Conduct thorough financial analysis to directly support business decision-making processes, budgeting cycles, and forecasting initiatives.
• Report: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, key performance metrics, and comprehensive variance analyses for management review.
• Evaluate: Assess financial data critically to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and strategic opportunities for both cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Develop: Assist in the creation of robust financial models, comprehensive business plans, and thorough investment assessments.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with accounting, operations, and strategy teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all financial reporting.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Experience: Proven professional experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or corporate finance.
• Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools; excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Knowledge of ERP systems or Business Intelligence (BI) tools such such as SAP, Power BI, or Tableau.
