• Mission: Direct and provide rehabilitation therapy services within a Skilled Nursing Facility for patient recovery during a travel assignment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Direct: Oversee and manage the rehabilitation therapy services within the Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Provide Therapy: Deliver skilled rehabilitation therapy to patients requiring care in an SNF setting.
• Manage Schedule: Ensure the efficient operation of therapy services during an 8-hour day shift, 40 hours per week.
• Fulfill Assignment: Complete a 13-week travel assignment, contributing to the facility’s rehabilitation needs.
• Collaborate: Integrate rehabilitation services effectively within the overall SNF patient care plan.
