The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift, on-call 1 week every 5 weeks
• Location: In-person, Terre Haute, IN
• Pay: $27–$30 hourly
• Team: Collaborates with a head technician on site.
• Mission: Oversee and actively participate in the maintenance operations to ensure quality and efficiency at Village Quarter Apartments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Supervise: Lead and manage maintenance operations within the apartment community.
• Perform Hands-On Maintenance: Actively complete work orders and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Manage Administrative Tasks: Handle the administrative duties associated with maintenance.
• Participate in On-Call Rotation: Be available for emergency maintenance needs on a rotational basis.
• Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with the head technician to manage daily duties and projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A professional with previous management or leadership experience in a maintenance environment.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction, or a related field.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability in apartment maintenance, effective leadership, general construction techniques, and administrative functions.
