The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Fisica, Inc., located onsite in Simi Valley, CA. Fisica, Inc. is a premier manufacturer of advanced defense products, specializing in the design and production of airborne and ground-based antennas, electromagnetic systems, and simulators across its ATI, Randtron, Datron, and Space Vector business units. This role is crucial for driving new and follow-on business within the Aerospace, Defense, and National Security sectors. The Associate Program Manager will ensure execution excellence in production deliveries for critical national security and Allied requirements.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Capture New Business: Drive the capture of new business and follow-on programs within the Aerospace, Defense, and National Security sectors.
• Execute Production Programs: Lead the successful execution of products in the production and sustainment phases of the product life cycle.
• Manage Customer Relationships: Build strong customer relationships, identify multi-million dollar pipelines, and support major capture and proposal efforts.
• Direct Program Phases: Direct all phases of program execution from inception through completion, ensuring key business and financial objectives are met.
• Oversee Performance: Act as the primary customer contact, leading program review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related technical/business discipline is preferred.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• Skills: Program execution and planning, Customer relationship management, Cost and schedule management, Technical performance oversight, Proposal preparation, U.S. Citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility).
• Bonus: Active Secret security clearance is highly preferred.
